Return & Refund Policy

At Mrucha Beauty, we truly appreciate your trust in our brand. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers. We kindly request you to review the guidelines below.

1. Returns Policy

~We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
~Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it qualifies as a damaged or defective product case supported by the required documented proof.

2. Refund & Store Credit Policy

Regular Purchases (incase of damaged or defective)
~We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.
~For approved cases, we provide store credit valid for 1 month, which can be used on your next purchase.

  • Sale/Promotional Purchase
  • ~No refunds are provided for any orders placed during sale or promotional events.
    ~During sales, only exchanges may be allowed if the product received is damaged or defective and proper documentation is shared.

3. Order Cancellation Policy Regular Orders

~Orders may be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order.
~Eligible cancellations made within this 3-hour window are eligible for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Sale/Promotional Orders
    🚫 Strict No-Cancellation Policy
    ~Orders placed during any sale, discount, or promotional event cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
    ~This applies regardless of order status, processing stage, or payment method.

4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim (damaged, defective, or missing product), a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video is required:
~The video must show the package from the moment of receiving it,
~The seal intact, followed by the full opening of the parcel,
~The product exactly as received, without cuts or breaks in the recording.

Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed due to our strict documentation and verification policy.

  • Product Modification Policy
    We do not offer product modifications or changes (shade, quantity, product type, etc.) once an order has been placed. We request you to review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

  • Important Note on Shades & Personal Choices
    We do not offer exchanges or replacements if the shade or variant does not suit you.
    We understand that preferences are personal, so we encourage you to carefully review product details before placing your order.

  • If the delivery arrives with a broken seal, kindly do not accept the parcel and notify us immediately.

5. Reporting Window

~For any issue such as damaged item, defective product, or missing contents, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
~Requests raised after 7 days fall outside our TAT (Turnaround Time) and unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
