When I first came across Mrucha Beauty, I was so excited that I immediately texted to ask if they deliver to Canada (because of that fan thing!). Unfortunately, no one ever replied. Later, I noticed in the comment section that responses were mostly given to influencers or people you already know, while other inquiries went unanswered. I think it’s important to remember that non-influencers also buy your products and support your brand.
That said, I still went ahead and ordered your products to my mother’s address in India, and she kindly couriered them to me in Canada. And honestly, I don’t even want to admit this—but the products are AMAZING. I absolutely love the combos, especially the Toastie shade, and the packaging of the Lio Melts is just gorgeous.
Overall, the products are fantastic and exceeded my expectations. My only feedback is that you should engage with all your customers, not just influencers, because every fan matters.
